Been a Long Time!

Well, things here have been pretty slow. I've been hanging out with friends a lot. The other night was Ninja Night!! We dressed in all black and went to parks to take pictures! Of all the illegal things we've done in the past, we get caught taking pictures at eleven at night!!! What kind of world are we living in!?!

Then at the end of the night, Hannah's car battery dies... It was time to go home!

Bad, bad day!!

Hannah and I had a bad day. :'( We really wanted to go to Hanging Lake... BUT NOOO!!!! The parking lot was too full! And then we wanted to go on a picnic but we were ditched!!

I've noticed so much how relationships change. As much as you want things to go back to normal, it will never be the same. Those relationships will still be there but it wont be the same. And the memories will always be there but they'll only be memories. You need to keep the good memories, not the bad ones.

And things do get better, maybe not today, maybe not tomorrow, but they do get better. No matter how bad things get, you got to go on living, even if it kills you.

For me, it's been hard for me to let go of the past and to grab on to the fact that everyone is moving on. I need to too. I don't know where to start, heck, I don't even know where I'm going. I have no plan. I'm just living life day by day. We'll see where it takes me.

Update!

So, I've been home for almost two weeks!!

The other day, Hannah, Cinthia, and I went to Glenwood to go SHOPPING!!! We went to just about every shoe store there until we found the perfect shoes!!

Anyways, tomorrow we are going to The People's Friday. I think they will be showing 'UP'!! Love that movie!!! And then Saturday we hope to make it up to Hanging Lake!! Cant wait!! I haven't been up there since I was like 12!!

It's so pretty up there! It is a trip that is very much needed! It's been a while since I went hiking! I love it so much and need to do it more often!

Moments that Matter Most

I found this video a few weeks ago... thought it was so cute! but it didn't seem that important to me till now.

I'm home right now with my nephew, Justin. It's weird how time goes by so fast you don't even realize it. I remember the day he was born! Now he's almost nine! Sometimes I wonder what would be different if he weren't here...

Today, I was hanging out with my best friends from high school. We went through a lot together. I remember when we all became friends. I remember all the great times we had!!

Random memory of Jessica... we went to the thrift store to find really ugly dresses... we came out with a leather jacket and stripper boots!!

Hannah... we went engagement rings! We made up stories that we were in serious relationships and were getting engaged!! Greatest day ever!!

Cinthia... we used to play Harry Potter every Sunday at her house!! We were such nerds!!!

I loved every moment with them. It's the little moments that mattered most!

Well...

Well, there was a little change of plans.

I started got really sick on Friday and I was starting to feel better. So instead of going to Lake Powell, I just came home. So right now, I'm sitting in my room in Colorado!!

Boy, have I missed this place!! I missed my bed and my own ways of doing things.

The sad thing is that I have no future life here. There's nothing for me here.

There is no place to start a new life. If that makes any sense... I'm just thinking out loud.

But I'm happy I have time to hang out with my friends!!

Today, I made Justin lunch, cut a watermelon, picked peas, and painted! It was a nice relaxing day!

Tomorrow I don't have much planned. I'll just take it by ear. If something happens that would be great!

What's New?

What's new? You may ask?

Well, not much. On Sunday, I am leaving for a week in Lake Powell!!! I'm so excited!! It's been forever!!

After a week on Powell, I'll be spending three weeks back in Colorado!

I'm so excited to be back home for a little bit. You never realize how much you miss a place till you're gone. I never thought I would miss Ol' G-Town...

I cant wait to see all my friends again and the family I have down there. This Sunday, I will have been gone for 7 weeks!! How crazy is that?? It's pretty crazy!!

While I'm home, I plan to go to the store, get some pizza sticks and coke, run to Cinthia's house, like good old times, and prank the Grayson's house!

Can't wait!!

Last night, we had a girls night!!

We started with Noddles and Company, which has amazing food!!! Then we went to a triple feature at the Dollar Movie! It's nice going to movies and only paying a buck! We first saw Rio, then Water for Elephants, and then Thor!! Those movies were AWESOME!!!!

After the movies (around 11:30) we came home totally beat. But of course, I felt I needed to get some things done. I wrote my missionary letters! It only took me a month, but I got it done!! All I need now are stamps... they wont get very far if I don't get some!

I have received news from Elder Wade Fowler. He seems to be very happy were he is.

He is being fed well by the his ward family. He seems to be very interested in me finding him an Asian wife...

He had a former investigators house burn down last week and sent me a few pictures...

He also seems to be the same old brat as he left here as...
